ERP Manager (f/m/d)

Your Role:

  • Oversee and coordinate the development, customisation and support of our NetSuite ERP system and ensure that technology will support business processes and strategy efficiently
  • Work cross-functionally with different department to anticipate ERP needs and roll out new processes, functionality, and ongoing process improvements to the system
  • You’ll be responsible for the daily maintenance of the ERP as well as necessary system enhancements and serve as first point of contact for any issues to internal and external ERP users and partners  
  • Lead with various organisation employees (esp. operations, procurement and sales) to fully train on processes and procedures of ERP
  • Develop and update of ERP technical instructions and user documentation
  • Keep a constant eye on data consistency in all departments and inspire internal stakeholders to be detail oriented and enthusiastic about ERP processes

Your Profile:

  • High level experience in managing ERP systems, ideally Netsuite or similar ERP softwares such as SAP, Microsoft dynamics nav, Sage.
  • BA/BS in business, economics, computer science or similar and at least 2 years of relevant job experience
  • Strong project management and communication skills across all organisational levels
  • Proven success in delivering process excellence by linking people, processes, and technology to improve business performance
  • Combination of entrepreneurial spirit and analytical skills
  • Able to work independently and meet established deadlines
  • Able to effectively influence others in a way that motivates them to reach the same goals
